Our products are 100% customized and handcrafted with your personal memories in mind. As each piece is made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, every item goes through quality checks and is made with premium materials. Our happy customers are a testament to our work!
❓ 2. How do I place a custom order?
You can place an order by messaging us directly on Instagram or via WhatsApp at +91-8160315901. Share your preferred design, size, and personalization details — we’ll take care of the rest.
❓ 3. What materials do you use in your products?
We use high-quality resin, preserved flowers, wood, metal charms, and other durable materials based on the design. Each component is handpicked to ensure your keepsake lasts beautifully for years.
❓ 4. Is Pan-India shipping available?
Yes! We offer fast and secure shipping across India. Every product is safely packed with protective materials to avoid any damage during transit.
❓ 5. How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed, handcrafted, and shipped within 5–10 working days, depending on customization level. We’ll always keep you informed throughout the process.
❓ 6. Can I preview my design before it’s finalized?
Absolutely! For personalized orders, we’ll share a digital preview/mockup or confirmation before finalizing the design. This ensures everything is just the way you envision. (Not for resin art, Its just for digital art)

❓ 8. How does the payment process work for custom orders?
To confirm your order, we require an advance payment of 50% to 60% of the total amount. This advance is used to purchase materials and begin the custom design process.
Once your product is ready, we will share photos and/or a video of the final piece. The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.

- All our products are handmade and customized, so we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns once the order is confirmed.
- Orders are only considered confirmed after the advance payment is received.

❓ 9. Can I cancel my order after paying the booking amount?
Yes, you may cancel your order until your product work begins, but please note:
- The ₹500 or ₹1000 or any booking amount is non-refundable.
- This amount is used for planning & purchasing materials specifically for your customized order.

- All products by Shree Creations are customized and handmade. We share product photos with the client before delivery for approval, and every product is thoroughly checked by our team before handover.
Therefore, no returns, no exchanges, and no further changes will be accepted after confirmation and delivery.
❓ 11. What if a client reports an issue related to machinery or equipment used with the product (e.g., a machine not working)?
Any machinery, electrical items, or accessories used with or suggested for the product are sourced from third-party vendors and are not manufactured by Shree Creations.
Once the product is delivered, Shree Creations will not be responsible for the functioning, repair, replacement, or warranty of such machinery or equipment. Clients are advised to contact the respective manufacturer or seller for support.
❓ Handmade Resin Art – FAQ
Q. Why are there small bubbles or texture marks in resin art products?
A. Resin art products are 100% handmade. Minor bubbles, texture marks, flow lines, or surface variations are a natural part of the resin art process and add to the uniqueness of each piece. These are not considered defects.
Q. Will the product look exactly the same as the reference photo?
A. As each resin art product is handmade, exact replication is not possible. Slight differences in color shade, placement, texture, or finish may occur and are part of the handmade charm.
Q. Can I request changes if I notice bubbles or minor variations after delivery?
A. Once the product is approved via photos/videos before delivery and handed over, no changes, returns, or corrections will be accepted for natural handmade variations.
Q. Are bubbles or color variations covered under warranty or replacement?
A. No. Minor bubbles, color shade differences, and natural finish variations are not eligible for replacement, return, or refund.
Q. How should resin art products be handled and stored?
A. Resin art should be kept away from direct sunlight, heat, water, and sharp pressure. Damage caused due to improper handling or storage is not our responsibility.
